Every revenue consultant, administrative specialist, and legal/judicial professional on our review team is individually bound by an enforceable Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) executed directly with the company. Case documentation is compartmentalized and accessible strictly on a need-to-know basis. Only the designated experts vetting your specific file are granted temporary, encrypted access during the audit window.

To minimize digital footprint risks and protect client property confidentiality, our platform enforces an automated lifecycle policy:

• Automatic Deletion: All uploaded records, revenue documents, and working audit drafts are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers 30 days following the delivery of your final expert review report.
• Archival Retention: After this 30-day window, only essential transaction logs (such as proof of completed delivery and billing invoices) are retained as required by standard statutory compliance.

You maintain full ownership of your data and do not need to wait for the 30-day auto-purge cycle. If you wish to omit or erase your records immediately after your review is completed, you have two direct options:

• Self-Service via Profile Dashboard: Log into your registered user profile at any time, navigate to your file manager, and select “Delete My Data” to instantly trigger an unrecoverable system purge of your uploaded documents.
• Direct Administration Request: Submit a formal deletion request via our registered support email or official WhatsApp helpline. Our administrative team will verify and execute the permanent removal of your data files within 24 business hours.

All file uploads and transmission sequences are protected using standard end-to-end transport layer security (TLS/SSL). Data at rest during the review window is encrypted to prevent unauthorized extraction or tampering.
